Tamika Mason

Nurse, Founder & CEO

Tamika Mason has dedicated her life to the art of healing. Her vision for Your Forever Home began in 2010, when she first felt a calling to create a sanctuary for seniors. Tamika dove head first into service and became a professional nurse in 2011.

Tamika served in traditional nursing homes and witnessed firsthand how residents can often feel disregarded or lost in the shuffle of large institutions. Those experiences deeply affected her heart. Driven by a desire to change the entire narrative of aging, Tamika’s mission is to provide exceptional, individualized care where residents never feel like "patients" but like highly valued members of a caring & loving family. Her goal is simple: to ensure every person in her care feels seen, appreciated, and deeply loved.

LaBron Mason

Certified Nurse Assistant, Co-Founder

LaBron Mason is a servant at heart who believes that caregiving is a sacred opportunity, not just a responsibility. LaBron has spent over 25 years on the front lines of care and management of others.

Now, as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) working in nursing homes, LaBron has often managed ratios of 1 caregiver to more than 15 residents. During those shifts, he realized that the high-volume model of traditional facilities was preventing some seniors from receiving the quality of life they deserved; the quality he saw given to his grandmother & uncles in his parents homes in their latter years.

When LaBron & Tamika married, the path was clear. We are going to establish an exclusive, boutique, luxury care model with Your Forever Home. LaBron brings a protector’s spirit and servant hands to every resident he serves.
